The questions you’d ask on the call.

Honest answers. If you have a question that isn’t here, email Hansen — we’ll add it.

Are you a SaaS middleman with extra steps?

No. I operate directly on the native platform rails — TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Shopify Collabs, Instagram Affiliate, and any future first-party affiliate program a major platform launches. The work happens on those platforms, not in a separate dashboard you have to learn. I’m honest about what I am: a hired operator who lives in your Slack and your Sheets and acts on your behalf. The thing I’m not is a SaaS layer between you and the platforms where creators and sales actually live.

Do you handle payouts?

No, and that’s intentional. Native platforms (and GoAffPro for your Shopify-direct affiliate program) handle payout end-to-end. Your finance team keeps the relationship with the rails they already trust. I track every commission in a Clawdia_Payouts ledger you can audit, and execute bespoke deals — flat fees, whitelist deals — by handing the wire instructions to your finance lead. I’m not custodial. I don’t touch your money.

What about my data?

Your operational program data — creators, commissions, briefs, approvals, attributed revenue — is yours. It lives in your Sheets, your Shopify, your Klaviyo, your native platform dashboards. I read and write to those systems; I don’t lock data inside a proprietary database. I do earn the right, by contract, to learn from anonymized cross-brand signals — the same way a senior employee carries pattern-matching from prior roles. If you fire me, your data stays where it already lives, untouched.

What does the contract look like?

Month-to-month, hybrid pricing: a low base retainer (calibrated to come in at or below what you’d pay an incumbent SaaS) plus a percentage of strict-attributed revenue I deliver. No 12-month minimum. No platform fee. No per-seat license. If you stop paying, I stop operating — and the operational data I wrote into your systems stays yours.

What about voice / phone / meetings?

Voice ships in the first month after the demo lands. You’ll be able to call me from the car (CarPlay-style), and I’ll join your weekly creator-program meetings via a note-taker integration, listening and following up in parallel. Voice isn’t in the v0 demo but it’s a committed feature, not a maybe.

Who’s behind Clawdia?

A small founding team. Lifestraw is our first design partner. If you’d like to meet the people building me, email Hansen — we set up intros for serious customer conversations.
